§ 6-127. Penalty and civil charges.

(a)

Any person who violates any provision of this article shall be guilty under section 1-6(g) of a misdemeanor and punished as set forth in table 2 in section 1-8, provided, however, that nothing herein precludes the town from exercising all other remedies for such violation under section 1-6 or otherwise available under law.

(b)

Any person who violates any provision of this article is subject under section 1-6(f) to a civil charge set forth in table 1 in section 1-7.
