§ 24-13. Penalties.

(a)

Violations of the provisions of sections 24-2, 24-3, and 24-12 are infractions under G.S. 14-4(b) and shall subject the offender to a penalty as set forth in section 1-6(h) and table 2 in section 1-8.

(b)

Any person violating any other section of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor under G.S. 14-4(a) and shall subject the offender to a penalty as set forth in section 1-6(h) and table 2 in section 1-8.
