    (1) In residential districts, uncovered decks and uncovered porches may project one-half the distance into the required rear yard setback (section 16-388(b)).

    (2) On through lots, the required front setback shall apply to both streets (section 16-388(a)).

    (3) When commercial lots are used for residential purposes, setbacks shall be the same as for similar residential property and shall be specified by the zoning officer (section 16-388(d)).
