§ 16-422. Corner lot setback on the side street.

  • Any corner lot in a residential zoning district, having an abutting lot on its side street or abuts another corner lot on its side street, shall have the required minimum front setback of the zoning district on the street which runs parallel or as close to parallel with the beach strand and a 15-foot setback on the street which runs perpendicular to this street.
