§ 6-284. Violation.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for:

(1)

Any owner or occupant to fail to post the official assigned number in accordance with section 6-289.

(2)

Any person to assign a number to any structure without written approval of the town.

(b)

Violation of subsection (a) of this section is a misdemeanor under section 1-6(g) punishable as specified in table 2 in section 1-8.
