§ 22-69. Penalties.

Every violation of the parking requirements of this division shall constitute under section 1-6(f) an infraction punishable under G.S. 14-4(b) in the amount set forth in table 2 in section 1-8. Each violation of the remaining requirements of this division shall constitute under section 1-6(g) a misdemeanor punishable as provided by G.S. 14-4(a) in the amount set forth in table 2 in section 1-8.
