§ 16-539. Off-street loading.

(a)

Off-street loading space shall be provided subject to the following regulations. Such space shall be:

(1)

Not less than 15 feet in width for every 50 feet of building width;

(2)

Not less than 30 feet in length;

(3)

Not less than 15 feet in height.

(b)

On every lot on which is conducted any hotel or commercial use at least one off-street loading space shall be provided inside or outside the building for loading or unloading of goods, materials or merchandise from vehicles.
