§ 6-52. Enforcement of zoning ordinance.

No permit for alteration, repair, or construction of any building or structure shall be issued unless the plans and specifications show that the building or structure, and its proposed use, will be in compliance with applicable provisions of chapter 16, article IV, zoning, and a zoning permit as described in section 16-270 has been issued.
