§ 6-10. Requirement for portable toilets to be tied down.

All portable toilets placed in the town pursuant to the requirements of the state building code or otherwise shall be secured and tied down in a manner to prevent them from turning over as a result of high winds, malicious activities or other causes. Methods utilized by property owners and/or contractors to tie down portable toilets shall be subject to the approval of the town manager or his designee.
