§ 32-68. End of emergency; lifting or modification of restrictions.

When authorized by the board of commissioners, the mayor shall proclaim the end of such state of emergency and shall have the authority to modify, lift or suspend any restrictions, limitations or prohibitions stated in such proclamation of emergency as soon as the circumstances warrant.
