§ 30-26. Prohibited.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to obstruct or to cause to be obstructed any portion of any street or highway located within the corporate limits of the town. A street or highway shall be deemed to be obstructed when any object is placed or otherwise located on the roadway. Furthermore, a street shall be deemed to be obstructed when any permanent or semipermanent structure or object is placed, erected, or otherwise located on the shoulder or berm immediately adjacent to any roadway.
