§ 2-106. Establishment.

The board of commissioners may establish boards, commissions and committees (such boards, commissions and committees referred to in this article as "boards and commissions") as temporary or standing boards and commissions as are needed to help carry out the function of town government. Such boards and commissions shall operate in compliance with all applicable local, state and federal ordinances, statutes, rules and regulations.
