§ 2-48. Regular meetings; time and place.

The board shall meet on the second Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the town hall or at such other time and place as designated by the board or town manager to allow sufficient time to conduct the business at hand. Special meetings may be called by the mayor, mayor pro tem, or any two members of the town board when the need arises for such a meeting. Due notice of time, place and purpose of special meetings shall be given each member of the board when such a meeting is called, in accordance with state law.
