§ 28-32. Use of dumpster containers; private contracts for disposal.

Service locations requiring more than two garbage containers as described in section 28-27 shall be required to use a dumpster provided by a private contractor. Service locations that routinely have more garbage than can be placed securely in two of the town's containers will be notified that their garbage service will be suspended and that they must contract for dumpster service within 30 days.
