§ 22-161. Speed regulations.

(a)

It shall be unlawful to operate a bicycle in excess of ten miles per hour on any bicycle path within the town.

(b)

It shall be unlawful to operate a bicycle in any bike lane or bikeway in excess of the posted speed limit for motorized vehicles traveling on the same, or immediately adjacent, roadway.
