§ 16-378. Zoning districts established.

In order to implement the intent of this article, there are hereby created zoning districts with the following designations and general purposes:

R-1	Residential District—Ocean Front
R-2	Residential District—Sound Front
R-3	Residential District—Canal Lots
R-4	Residential District—Interior Lots
PRD-1	Planned Residential Development District Multifamily
PRD-2	Planned Residential Development District Single-Family and Two-Family Only
B-1	General Business District
B-2	Restricted Business District
C-1	Conservation District—Ocean Front Side
C-2	Conservation District—Sound Side
C-4	Conservation District—Inlet Area
MFOD	Maritime Forest Overlay District
