§ 16-349. Purpose of the board of adjustment.

The board of adjustment is established to conduct hearings in a quasi-judicial manner as provided in this division 5 in the course of the following:
(1)

Deciding whether variances should be granted under section 16-350;

(2)

Administratively reviewing appeals from questions of interpretation and enforcement of this zoning article as set forth in section 16-351 and subject of an appeal under section 16-301; and

(3)

Hearing and deciding division 3 motions to revoke approval.
