§ 16-242. Reduction of lot and yard areas prohibited.

Latest version.

No yard or lot existing at the time of the effective date of the ordinance from which this article is derived shall be reduced in size or area below the minimum requirements set forth in this article. Yards or lots created after the effective date of the ordinance from which this article is derived shall meet at least these minimum requirements.
